Texas Tech University’s Athletic Department, part of NCAA’s Big 12 conference, is growing in influence, and presence. Leadership wanted a new, cohesive brand direction to unify CX and messaging for student-athletes, coaches, and future sports facility development.

Scope of Work

Led program foundational work, including analytics, and sentiment measurement toward Brand Platform and CX creation;

  • Measurement program for data and sentiment, analytics, and intake across social media

  • Mobile platform UX/UI for player intake, measurement

  • Intake and conversational analysis with student-athletes, coaches, boosters, and fans

  • Data-driven Brand Platform architecture
